Square footage, how many people live there and how long since the last clean all change the work. So we look first and price second — free, and with no obligation.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We text you when we arrive and again when we lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything, vacuum included. If you'd rather we use your own products — a stone sealer, a specific floor soap — leave them out and tell us when you book.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
For recurring clients, yes. The same person or the same small team, so nobody has to relearn your home or ask where the closet is.
How do I pay?
Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or cash — after the cleaning is finished, never before.
Are you insured if something breaks?
We're licensed, bonded and insured. If we damage something we tell you before you notice it, and our insurance covers it. That's the reason to hire a registered LLC instead of an individual.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we may have to charge for the visit, because the crew was already scheduled for your home that day. Let us know as early as you can and it is never a problem.
